Hi there! Thanks for stopping by!
I gladly serve as a Christian preacher, relationship educator, certified facilitator, and founder of Healthy Relationships Network.
My mission is to spread hope, in meaningful ways, that reminds women and families that they are in fact loved by God despite the reality of suffering, trauma, grief, and difficult times. I mostly focus on helping people address emotional challenges and unhealthy relationship cycles with compassion, the truth of the scriptures, and practical tools.
Over the years, I have taught, facilitated, and contributed at singles + ministry wives retreats, emotional wellness sessions, women’s conferences + events, local church ministries, college campuses, non profit organizations, media outlets, Bible-based trauma healing groups, etc.
In addition to a Masters Degree in Education, I hold a Certificate of Completion in emotional management (Center for Pastoral Counseling) and am a Certified Facilitator in both Bible-based trauma healing (Trauma Healing Institute) and the SYMBIS Assessment (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts).
Two of my greatest joys are being married to Jason for the last 14 years and a mom to Jordyn, a “spunky” and outgoing 1st grader. You will find me on most days cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, plotting my next day trip adventure, navigating Pandemic life, or writing my next blog post about womanhood, family, the matters of the heart, and the faith that holds everything together.
