Hey there! I’m super excited about what God is doing in the lives of today’s women + families – even during difficult times. There is hope…
As imperfect as this world (and we) are …
We have a unique calling to make the most out of the relationships God graces us with (Philippians 2:4). Healthy connection and the pursuit of it all are some of life’s greatest treasures.
Let’s get started…
Keturah Ford, M.S. Ed. is an active Christian preacher, teacher, and facilitator. She enjoys spreading words of hope, in meaningful ways, that reminds women and families that they are in fact loved by God despite the reality of suffering, trauma, grief, and difficult times. She mostly focuses on helping people address unhealthy lifestyle habits, negative relationship cycles, and dysfunction with compassion, the truth of the scriptures, and practical tools.
In addition to a Masters Degree in Education, she holds a Certificate of Completion in emotional management (Center for Pastoral Counseling) and is a Certified Facilitator in both Bible-based trauma healing (Trauma Healing Institute) and the SYMBIS Assessment (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts). She founded Healthy Relationships Network, a consulting + public speaking platform in 2017.
She was led to write MommyhoodDeconstructed.com in January 2020 after realizing that God was using her role as a mother to redefine the motives of her heart. After giving up a successful career as an adult math teacher/teacher leader, she understands more that God has the final say and will most certainly complete his work in her as a “perfectly imperfect” woman, wife, mother, and servant.
Two of her greatest joys are being married to Jason for the last 13 years and being a mom to Jordyn, a “spunky” and outgoing 1st grader. You will find her on most days cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, plotting her next beach trip, or catching up on her favorite blogs.
